Are the Wilber chocolate chips, chunks, etc. going to be similar to what I would need to make a chocolate chip cookie? I am having the hardest time finding a sugar-free chocolate chip that is bake-able, tastes yummy, doesn't disolve when melted, and does NOT contain Nutrasweet.
